Went here Friday. There was a man waiting for his food but one of the workers kept apologizing for his food taking so long, that should have put up a red flag but we ordered anyway. It was 6:30 pm then. We went & sat down to wait. It was taking awhile so I look at my clock and 20 minutes had passed so we got up to ask where our food was. One worker asked what we were waiting on and we told him but nothing was done so we asked the cashier for our money back. She calls for whom I'm guessing is the manager, we told her we had no food. She starts making excuses that there was a computer glitch she never saw the order and they don't give refunds we'd have to call corporate. Things escalated into me getting very loud demanding my money back & telling her it had been 20 minutes. The whole time she just made excuses, never once apologized or anything. Finally after screwing around she refunds our money. It was after 7 pm when we walked out. This is horrible customer service. Do not go to this Taco Bell! This place deserves a zero rating!

This Place is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been. I went there this evening to order their 12 pack taco. First they put 10 instead. We said no lettuce, lettuce they put in all of them. ordered half soft, half hard tacos, they put 8 soft , 2 hard tacos. we said 2 of them cheese only, they mixed it with meet very well. I went inside with the receipt the team leader has no knowledge of what his team does inside while they are messing up orders, He is out smoking cigarettes at the entrance outside. What a welcoming business to its customers. Poor the only cashier, was trying to help me while the team leader is chatting with his team back there, and people waiting in the line to order. i like taco bell and have eaten at them all around birmingham. for some reason the one in gardendale always has good service and fills the tacos and burritos up. if you have ever gotten a flat burrito supream you know what i mean. also if they can fold a burrito on both ends it dosent have enough filling
