This is the 2nd time that I haven't received my packages and tracking show delivered. This is a very serious matter when you can't trust your mail lady to deliver your packages. Worst customer service ever. I spoke with Sandy and looked for a call back since morning no call
I called back gentleman state she is out of office and when she return will give my name and ph#
Jana is not accurately doing her job by placing mail in wrong boxes because of an honest neighbor I received 1st package. Where is my package as of today. She needs to be held accountable. This is not the way you handle business. Take your job serious or go home so the less unfortunate person can gain and appreciate job. Monique did an awesome job calling her to come back and Jana state she came back to recheck but didn't find anything. This has to STOP!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED will be taking this further.

We have had trouble getting mail, packages - anything since we moved here about 14 years ago. Our carrier has consistently given us everyone elses mail & visa versa. Our packages will show delivered on their tracking site, yet it's not at our door. She has misplaced & lost too many packages of merchandise to count. Yesterday she said she attempted a delivery but there was no answer & left a notice. We were home watching for her & she NEVER came! This should NEVER be allowed to go on. They say they will get it all worked out, but here we are 14 years later with the same moron who is too lazy to do her job & do it correctly.

I have had the worst time getting packages from them since I moved back home with my mother. I get my mail so I know the address is correct, however I don't seem to be getting packages...important packages...last one they refused to deliver was my college diploma. I've talked to people and called...it's ridiculous. I think our mail person is just lazy and doest want to drive up the driveway to deliver packages. It really should be investigated due to the fact it keeps happening and mail is federally protected and all. This post office is the worst and I wish we had a different service such as Morris for our area!!
