VHP RV Park is the best among I stayed in Gardendale, They have a good security fencing. Park is very clean and quite. the maintianence guy is very friendly, Defnetly I would like to stay agian.

We lived in the park about 2 years with my family including my 4 kids we had a good time very peaceful, not much restriction like other parks, owner is very humble and kind person never charged extra for the kids because most parks charge for additional people and never bothered for rent, no late fees for fist couple months over all it was a grate and rent is cheaper compare to neighbor parks .

Worst thing to ever happen to our quiet community. First we had dopers cutting across our property to head to their other dope friends house. Cutting people's fences in the process. Called owner issue never was resolved, theyes finally moved away. Now we have a lovely gentleman who blares his Tejano music all day all night. Ask him to turn it down he turns it up. This place ruins the whole reason we live here. The owner is just in it for the money, does not care about the community or anything for that fact. There is no management on site. This is not a place to have a child or family at. Look across the road the best managed and maintained park out here I have no complaints on it. Palms is awesome.
