I have never in my life seen such a poorly ran facility the office personnel make up rules that they themselves cant even follow. They leave the dining room unattended for residents to choke on food or steal food they are not supposed to have and when they come up with someone to watch certain residents all they do is yell at them to eat there food and SWALLOW. I would never allow any more of my family to stay in this facility again, its dirty and the nursing staff is rude and complains about how many hours they have to work. When you walk in it feels like a nursing home you even get to walk by residents that cant get our of their chairs or do anything but drool. How are they getting 3 hours of therapy? I even found pills on the floor and they just said oh where were these and threw them away in a residents trashcan instead of charting it or trying to find out. They don't follow outside doctors orders even when they have been discussed and charted. They also change the residents medication without letting family know that anything has been changed. There has also been the wrong medication in the residents pills to be taken. They don't even make everyone sign in or out, so you don't even know who is with your loved ones. So beware this place is lacking

Visiting a friend here, they were well cared for, and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Parts of the facility are a little old which is why I gave it 4/5 for facility, the acute side was very nice and new.
