While in line waiting to be waited on i saw the most horrific thing two employees one a manager from what i was hearing and a boy with a pony tail started screaming at one another...some of the other employees behind the counter asked them to quiet down and to please knock it off .....in front of everyone now with what i was hearing and viewing made me feel extremely uncomfortable and has me further made me take my business else where not only did these actions make me feel uncomfortable they were down right unnecessary disgusting to witness and just plain not needed if action is not further taken then i will be calling higher......

While I was visiting the Dunkin Donuts store on 33 Pearson blvd, I heard some of the employees talking about putting customers on a "list" of dislike. I was naturaly very concerned and wanted people to know this was going on. I tried to find a number to call a managment service and report what I overheard. Also, one day when I came into the store I saw an employee named Kathleen pull down the pants of another employee whom I didn't get the name of. The behavior I've witnessed is very inappropriate and something needs to be done or I will take this further.

Yes, you can find one of these stores on every corner, but aren't you glad!! The coffee is the best and I haven't been able to match it! New sandwich options are also a nice touch!
