Provided by YPmobileJay's is a barbershop, not a hair salon or hair stylist. If you want a good "guys" haircut at an absurdly low price, this is the place. And he even knows what I mean by "short".
If you want to spend $30 or $60 to be fluffed and dusted, go to the mall.
