Parker Glass was the only place that carried the paets we needed to repair our screens. They were great to work with and nit overpriced.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Replaced our rear window fine, but put a $600 scratch in our truck. My husband and I noticed it as soon as we picked up the vehicle, took pictures and let them know what happened. They immediately denied it and we re surprisingly rude to us. When I returned a few days later because we hadn t heard anything back, I dealt with the owner of Parker. He denied it, told me the scratch was already there, talked down to me, swore in front of my daughter, and told me I was just trying to get money from him. In the picture we took of the scratch in their parking lot you can clearly see paint chips still on the side of the truck from where something obviously scraped down the side of it. It had rained the entire day before we took our truck in, so if that scratch had already been there, those paint chips would have been washed away. He was more than rude to me, tried to convince me it would buff out and he would pay for that. The body shop he sent me to assured me there was no way it could be buffed out as the paint was all gone. I got a quote ($600) to fix it, and even drove to a second body shop to get another quote. When I returned to drop off the quotes, the owner was not there. Even the counter help was rude to me. I told him to have the owner call me by the next week as to which body shop I should take it to have it fixed. They never called. I am completely disgusted about how they run a business and treated a customer. I would never recommend anyone to go there, unless you enjoy dealing with horrible business owners and want even more damage done to your vehicle (which then they will tell you that you did).
