March 2015Mr Peck's uncompleted job report resulting in our buyer not purchasing my parents’ house..Mr Peck's was engaged by Excel Real Estate to pump and inspect my Parents tank. He was unable to complete the job, because of melting snow.He submitted a report marking the sceptic system as "unacceptable" along with other small things that needed fixed. He should have saidthe report was "incomplete" not "unacceptable". and should have waited to submit a completed report when the items werefixed that he mentioned on his report.Needless to say he caused my parents’ house not to be sold.

After using Peck's for the last 10 years, I was quite disappointed when their negligence cost me the sale of my home. When ordered to pump, inspect and certify my septic for the potential buyers, Peck's noticed a previous high water line and never completed the inspection.
