March 2015Mr Peck's uncompleted job report resulting in our buyer not purchasing my parentsâ house..Mr Peck's was engaged by Excel Real Estate to pump and inspect my Parents tank. He was unable to complete the job, because of melting snow.He submitted a report marking the sceptic system as "unacceptable" along with other small things that needed fixed. He should have saidthe report was "incomplete" not "unacceptable". and should have waited to submit a completed report when the items werefixed that he mentioned on his report.Needless to say he caused my parentsâ house not to be sold.

After using Peck's for the last 10 years, I was quite disappointed when their negligence cost me the sale of my home. When ordered to pump, inspect and certify my septic for the potential buyers, Peck's noticed a previous high water line and never completed the inspection. Instead they wrote up the paperwork to say it failed and to contact our SEO. This sent our buyers into panic mode and they withdrew their contract on my house. Every time Peck's previously inspected my septic, my reports were all satisfactory. We have never experienced a problem with our septic. Through obtaining a second opinion, we found out that the only problem was that we needed a baffle. The baffle was installed, the septic inspected and certified. Since this occurred with Peck's, I have been doing a bit of research into this situation and have found that over the years many people have had similar cases. The general consensus is that Peck's is sand mound happy. Try D &D Septic in Carlisle, PA for honest septic servicing needs.

If you need regular septic pumping, a problem fixed, or emergency service, there is not a better company than Peck's Septic Service. I have used them for regular pumping for 18 years. Recently, we had drainage/overflowing issue that needed attention. Peck's is professional, competent and very fairly priced! If you want quality service without feeling ripped off for a change, use Peck's. You will not be disappointed.
