I'm an all-around do-it-your-selfer that loves working with yeast recipes, making my own pizza doughs, breads, cakes, and cookies. When I don't have the time, I run to the store to find the best for the occasion. I recently stumbled across Fragales' semolina bread (this is one of my favorite breads that I have not had much success with on my own). Their semolina bread had a wonderful crust with a delightful and flavorful interior. It lends itself beautifully to Bruschetta and even my favorite luncheon of cheese, sweet sausage, apples and wine (or purple grape juice if you're looking for the heart benefits per the Mayo Clinic of Reducing the risk of blood clots - Reducing low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or "bad") cholesterol - Preventing damage to blood vessels in your heart -Helping maintain a healthy blood pressure. Too much for one sitting? Wrap the remainder tightly in foil, then in a plastic bag and freeze. The next time you're ready for some semolina bread, pop it in the oven at 325 for a few minutes.....delish!
