Ok two things. First of all I wasn't impressed with the portfolio in the least. with all the heavy marketing talk I expected more glass than a texted based boxed format site for your customers. My daughter's have both done more deliberate sites in school with wix. If you'd like my business you'd really have to step up the quality. Secondly, I have received 20 promotional emails in the last week from your company most duplicates with the same urgent almost demanding messages putting down clients for not taking advantage of your services. Businesses are not doomed for not partnering with a marketing company that's very bad business tactics. Your video example in one leads to a picture of the video you can't even watch with and simply a link to book an appointment. This is the definition of a bad review as you've not benefited my company in any way and spammed my inbox while I'm discussing business with your company.

What a joke company
You sign up for monthly service, then they keep selling you useless things.
They keep the positive feedback and delete the negative ones, they showed me how they do it, and wanted to sell it me too, that's why they have all 5 stars reviews.
Shame on these kind of companies

Loyal 9 is a "Top Shelf" company that worked very hard for me-- I made appointments for them to call me and they DID ! and at the appointed time ! AMAZING !

It is extremely rare to hear a marketing company talk straight forward to you. Loyal 9 has just done that. The pricing was slightly better than other quotes I was getting, but the directness of the sales rep., the information provided by the account manager, & the knowledge behind the Support Team is what really boost my confidence & inevitably lead to me becoming a customer.

I have been looking for someone who could help my company to be listed in all search engines most specially google when I got a call from Mr. Alex Delancey of Loyal 9 Marketing offering their services. At first I was hesitant, however, since I have been looking for someone to help me, I decided to accept his offer. He then assigned me to their account manager, Ms. Kimberly Dorman. Ms. Dorman and her associates, Justin, Steve and the other one whose name I could not remember, are all professionals in their work ethics. They were able to build my website (which was also one of the projects I asked Ms. Dorman to do for me), in so short a time and so beautifully done that I would really recommend them without reservations to anyone who would need their services. Thank you Ms. Dorman. You are a gem. I would say my overall experience with Loyal 9 is of 5 out of 5 in their expertise and professionalism.

Was skeptical at first, but decided to take a gamble as they were offering something that my other SEO company was not hitting on. In a week I became registered with Yelp, YP and about 70 other directories. Photos that I provided were put on my profile as well as adding my business to directories I was not currently listed in. Well worth the 99/bucks a month. I will continue to see how they pan out for me. But again so far I am impressed.

Hired them to repair on line listings. They did. Then when I told them I didn't want to pay $99 a month to review the listings they already made the changes they changed everything back. SCAM... Waist of money.

Natalia was amazing. So very helpful, she gave extra time when I had questions. I would absolutely recommend working with oil mine. Especially if you're lucky enough to get Natalia.

Total scam. Out $349 and lots of headaches to get my local website company to fix the problems. I would give them negative stars as a rating, but this site requires at least one star. Sorry we didn't read the reviews before we signed on/paid them.

Waste of time and money! Beware this company is noting but scammers! Don't waste your time. Check out reviews on BBB as well. Hope this saves someone a headache.

This was an absolute horrible experience. We should have known first of all when Loyal 9 sought us out and we weren't even thinking about advertising this way. They first off called and promoted themselves as being "Google".....at no time did they mention 'Loyal 9". So with their sales pitch and the "Google" name we fell for the SCAM and signed up. After broken promises and now 998.00 given to this shady company. They will NOT refund us ANY of our money and its been less then 30 days. Save yourself some money and if you want to advertise this way, use someone in your local area, who you can talk with and see in person. (only gave 1 star because I had to in order to post a review)

Loyal9 has helped me and my business tremendously. They explained everything from the start, and helped me feel like I was an important part of optimizing my company online. I got TONS of business -- it was gradual, but I definitely saw a difference!!
