Do not buy seafood here. This morning I bought manilla bay clams for this business. Got home and inspected them. Half are dead and reeking. Threw all of them away. I noticed that when I also bought some pearl shrimp today, the seller opened the package and sniffed them. I should have known! The ice seller packed around my purchases smelled like old, nasty fish. I also paid $7 a dozen for Netarts Bay small oysters in the shell. Next time I will buy them from Pearl Point Oyster company in Tillamook for $5.50 per dozen. Because seller tied off bags with seafood and ice, I did not know about the problems until I was home in Salem. Nothing about this business was satisfying and I am out at least the clams. The pearl shrimp were fine, however. I won't be back.

Experience does not equal knowledge. There are better fish markets in the area.
