Truly one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had dealing with this group. If there are any questions on how horrible of a job this group does at management of properties drive by, or Google earth 7152 Fair oaks Ave dallas TX 75231. Trash all over parkin g lot, sewage coming out of cleanouts, buildings near the exit destroyed from rain water not properly drained

This company is worthless, they cannot properly manage themselves much less someone else's property. They manage my condominium but do not do anything but collect monthly dues. Most of the lights are out on our property, there is trash everywhere, tenants do not get fined for violations. When property owners complain or inquire about problems on the property, the management, (mainly Mark Johnson) never do anything to resolve the problem.
