They used to do good work but this last time was a disaster. They came out four times, replaced two fan motors, replaced a board and still didn't fix the problem. We had leaks and kept asking them to blow the line and they didn't. Got another place to come out and they blew the line and put in the correct fan motor and we haven't had a problem since. Turned them in to the BBB for all the money we wasted and this is the response: The Better Business Bureau has made several attempts to contact the business regarding the above referenced complaint. We regret to inform you that the company has not responded within the normal 22 day timeframe

So use them if you want but I can't recommend them anymore. I lost a fortune this last. Lesson learned

Terry Stevens, the Service Tech, texted me 30 minutes before the service time to let me know that he was on his way He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the problem with my water heater.

He was very informative and helpful with any and all questions that I had. He was able to repair my water heater in a short amount of time. The fee that I was charged was very fair,

I will use this company again. I will also keep in mind that they repair all types of Air Conditioning Systems.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff who actually did the installation and the fact that the owner of American Air Systems was assisting on the installation.

We have a new air conditioner and it still has warranty, but the service center doesn`t want to send a worker even to check the problem. They say if we want we can bring the air conditioner to them. So I had to call a HVAC professional. While I was checking yellow pages I found this one. It`s an unpleasant feeling to give your almost new purchase in the hands of some1 you don`t know. But I have to say that in just few hours the conditioner was working very well, like before. I recommend this professionalist!

This is to thank you for the excellent service your Service Advisor provided to me recently. My air conditioner was malfunctioning, he checked out the system, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it. He was competent and courteous. I would certainly recommend your company based on his performance.
