BE AWARE. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

First their tech lied about the part requirement, so my home warranty Company

didn't cover it, than he replaced it on my cost with the part that did not match the

paperwork I’ve got from him. A/C failed few hours after that. Be aware of them.

Be Careful

This Company tried to charge us $1000 for work covered by our home warranty. The $1000 was for charges they required to do the work, like city permits and trash haul away?? Really??? We ended up getting the work done much cheaper by using someone not sent out by the home warranty. Be careful, I recommend a second opinion from a local a/c company.

Horrible Service!

I contacted this company because of my insurance. They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. The customer service is awful. After rescheduling 3 times, being hung up on and left on hold multiple times they finally get some guys out to my house. These guys ripped out the air handler (that barely blew air but it was still something) and left without any explanation. I waited all day in the heat and when they did show back up about 5pm they had a major attitude (i'm the one who should have had an attitude), said they forgot something and will come back the next day. Well I waited 2 more days from 8am-5pm (that was their stated time frame) in an oven but no one called or stopped by. When I finally would get a hold of someone during that time she would only say in an annoyed tone that they were on their way. We finally had it and called someone else. They are unethical and I do not get how a company that runs this way can still be in business. You are warned with these reviews!

They are crooks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They lie about additional charges they say are needed when in fact they are not. We were told several different lies about additional charges from saying the technician said it was need to saying it was a city code. Every time we proved their reason to be a lie they were rude and would make us another lie. Our home warranty company sent them out or we would have never used them. They also lied to our warranty company stating if we didnt pay for certain things the mfr would void the system warranty, etc. All of it was proven to be flat out lies and their way of trying to get a bigger profit off the call. Watch your wallets if they come to your home!

Authorized Service Center is the worst of the worst.

My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. I honestly believe that the techs they send out don't know much about air conditioning. I paid this company more than 5k to install brand new central air and heat in my home. It would work fine for an hour or two, and then shut off. Each time the techs promised to return the same day if it stopped working. And it would stop working and I would call and they simply would not answer the phone. They were unconcerned that I had no working AC after paying them all that money and I simply had to wait my turn. We had no ac in August during a weekend and several days and evenings. Not one bit of concern on their part. They had to return to my home 6 times before they could get it working right. Now, it's 3 months later and I am astounded to learn that I have no heat from my brand new central unit. It looks like it has not even been hooked up. At this point, I would rather pay a reputable company $500 to get it working than pay Authorized Service Center 5 cents. Authorized Service Center is the bottom of the barrel, worst of the worst, pitiful excuse of a supposed company I've ever had the misery of dealing with. Do not invite this scummy company into your life, you will definitely be sorry. One thing I don't understand about companies like this -- what would it cost them to act like they care? Nothing. Not a single thing. But this company acts like they will lose money if they act like they care. I don't get how the owner of this company and that horrid rude woman that answers the phone can sleep with themselves at night, and even more so I don't get how this company stays in business!

Terrible Company-Do Not Use

anyonw thinking of using this company...I would not suggest it. the customer service sucks...no one there has any professionalism at all and they just do not care. No one in the office is on the same page and I was given incorrect information over and over. it tok me weeks of going back and forth with this company. i would not recommend them to anyone and I do not know how they continue to stay in business.

Lowes needs to find another warranty service provider



Im really not sure about the technician end, I never got that far. I found them to be unreliable, customer service was foreign to them. If they arent going to meet their scheduled times dont expect a courtesy call. The manager is unconcerned , the dispatcher is rude and has zero regard for honesty or professionalism. Very sad in todays economy when so many jobs are going offshore that our service industries continue to deliver POOR customer service and disregard the reason they are there in the first place. If you have an extended warranty agreement with Lowes on a major appliance do yourself a favor and request that this NOT be the service center assigned to handle your warranty issues.
