Provided by YP.comHe gave me an ultimatum over a small weight gai in 12/13. He was so harsh when I went to a psychiatrist she said I had a case of PTSD. I refused to cooperate with him. He can be very harsh & cold. Mostly an "in & out" doctor. Not recommended.
