.I went to Vision Source. Dr. gave me Ocusoft Lid Scrub pads and charged me $15.00 a box. Found the same eye pads at Walmart for $10.00. I wanted to return the unused box and was told that it is non-refundable. The eye drop cost me $50.00 for my co-pay and it did not work. I was told to come back and she was going to charge me for another $75.00 for co-pay. Now I received a bill from them for $57.48 after I already paid $105.00 (Co-Pay) upfront.

On top of that, the billing amounts they sent me and the billing amounts to the insurance company are different. Check your bills with the insurance company.

The Dr. is not Dr. Hernandez, it was the other one.
