I have never been treated so rude and disrespectful! He rushed through the exam and when I could not give him the answer he wanted he said"just say yes or no!" REALLY? When I said maybe I'm not understanding you, I'm hard of hearing, his response was a sarcastic "yeah, I'm hard to understand." When I told him I had no line bifocals but didn't have them with me. He said so you have progressive lenses and I said no line bifocals (which are free with our insurance) He prescribed premium progressive which were about $350! Do not go to this "doctor!"I don't know how he ever became a doctor of anything other than rudeness!
