The shoe department is this particular Dillard is terrible. Their customer service is so mean. They care about nothing but their commission. Customer satisfaction is NEVER their business.



I tried once to return a pair of shoes and they insisted it was worn because their were 1m" small paper sticked on the bottom (that I took off in front of them). I told them it is NOT worn but they refused to return it even their manager. I went to Dillards at Fairview and they returned it for me without a question.

Again, I wanted to return a pair of clearance shoes yesterday and they refused to return it cause it was without a box. They sold it to me without a box in Dillard's of Stonebriar. They said I have to drive 25 miles back to Frisco to return it !!! I told them the yellow sticker was on and I have bought shoes from this Dillards so many times WITHOUT A BOX AND WITH WRONG BOXES (when on clearance) but still the manager insisted not to return it. i had a terrible experience with This Dillard's shoe department as always. I will report them to the district manager

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I HAD LONG HAIR AND IT WAS CUT UNEVEN. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND GOT ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO "FIX" THE ISSUE. MY HAIR CUT WAS CUT EVEN, HOWEVER, IT WAS NOT GREAT. I AM GOING TO MY "REGULAR" HAIR STYLYIST TO FIX MY HAIR THE WAY I WANT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR HAIR!
