In my opinion, this place is horrible. I was in the market for a new CPA. I called this company and asked for a quote on services. First of all, they wouldn't give me an estimate to do my taxes without some pushing from me. The amount they gave was a little high, but still reasonable. I decided to make an appointment and when the CPA saw how much I make she went WAY up on her price. I would be willing to bet if you took a survey on income and cost of tax return preparation you would see the price you pay is based on your AGI. Anywho, it has been several weeks and serveral phone calls into the investment department and not ONE return call. When I was there for my appointment you could hear what sounded like some arguing and then some loud laughing. A woman I saw on the website was wearing 6 inch heels and appeared to be going to a halloween contest. This place looks alot better on the website. If I ran the website it would say, "A family business where the family isn't running the business too well!". I guess I will keep shopping.
