Better Pay By Cash

Last year, a friend paid by card and by the next day, purchases were being made on his card in south Texas. CC Company removed them after contacting friend.

IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVIC...

IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD< THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!

My friends and I had the WORST experience at this location in Firewheel. My girlfriends and I were having dinner sitting in the bar area this past weekend. The atmosphere was already loud with the music playing, football Game and Conversations....WELL the manager by the name of EVERARDO TORRES came to our table and RUDELY told a group of women over 30 to shut up OR leave because we were too loud. I have never experienced anything like this, and when we asked to speak with the General Manager MARIELA RODRIGUEZ they all HID in the back kitchen and wouldn't come out like CHICKENS after there manager just rudely disrespected us! We tried to contact the owner the next day to let him know how his restaurant is being ran and MARIELA RODRIGUEZ (who barely spoke English) said to send email and hung up! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT!

A Food Critic's Critique

Every major metropolitan city has numerous food critics who get paid to covertly partake in a particular restaurant to size up the chef's imagination, the atmosphere, the wine list, etc. Food critics can also be the first time customer, a repeat customer, or just someone who is downright hungry and wants to try a new place. Gloria's is one of those places that delivers on price and service, of which both are important. The handmade tomales can be ordered as an appetizer and are steamed in a bananna leaf---how great is that. It makes the mouth water just to see them being upwrapped. Bon appetite.
