I found Jason at their Plano location great. The did fumble with a quote in being way marked up but once I talked to them they did take on several thousand dollars themselves. We came together and it worked out. Again they have been great even after my payment was taken. Jason is genuinely concerned with my comfort. Not there yet but I am a difficult case. Thanks Jason...

Ridiculous customer service, if you can even call it service. They're willing to take your money, but getting product out of them is like pulling teeth. I would suggest finding an alternative, but if you use them do so at your own risk. M-Power Prosthetics appears to be a better option, but I do not have personal experience with them. Best of luck!
