This is such a amazing auto repair shop. When they quote you they dont change it and before they do anything they call you and ask and let you know whats going on i would recomend them to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HE CAME TO TOW OUR CAR AND STOLE THE A $600.00 CELL PHONE THAT WAS LEFT IN THE FRONT SEAT OF THE VEHICLE. I CALLED TO CONFRONT HIM ABOUT THE MISSING PHONE AND HE LIED AND SAID HE DID NOT GO INTO THE VEHICLE. WELL THE PHONE WAS LEFT IN THE VEHICLE SO WHERE DID IT GO. STOLEN PHONE AND A LIAR!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY MAD THAT SOMEONE WOULD TAKE ANOTHER PERSONS PROPERTY ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE TRUSTING THEIR SERVICE TO HELP OUT IN A TIME OF NEED.



I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! TOO BAD YOU CAN NOT GIVE NO STARS AT ALL!! NEVER AGAIN

I had such a great experience with Hanna's, I had to write a review as I was a little nervous after reading the prior review.I had a small accident and my car broke down in rush hour traffic. My insurance company called Hanna's to come tow me. Maurice, who came to tow me, comforted on the phone while I was waiting. When he arrived, was so caring & considerate, he sat me in his air-conditioned truck immediately. He was also caring, quick and efficient with my car. He even dropped me off where I needed to go. I was hesitant to have the work on my BMW done at Hannas, as I have always gone to the dealership. I decided to take a chance on Hannas and was very pleasantly surprised. When I called to check anything, Harry, who answered the phone at Hanna's, was also always very caring and comforting and kind. Tony, who did the work on my car, also treated me the same. They made me feel like I was special and my car was special. I have never experienced this before! My car came back in such excellent condition, I was amazed. They even cleaned my car. My car has never come back this clean from the dealership. I love these guys. They were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed my truck towed from one place to another, and this is the company that my insurance company sent. Once my truck was picked up, and placed on the tow truck, I was called and told that this company doesn't take credit cards and that I had to be at the drop point to give them cash. When I told them that I was never told that they only took cash and that I didn't want them to pick up my truck, they said that they had already picked it up and if no one was there to give them the cash then they would put my truck in "storage" which is just a nice way of saying impound. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy, and I will never use them again, and tell everyone I know to not use them. My insurance company is filing a complaint and investigation into their practices.



FYI, the only reason that they are getting a 1 star rating is because I can't leave a 0 star rating.
