Kick boxing has truly helped me jump start my self to a healthier me, I love kick boxing Garland is an awesome facility and the staff is always so friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend kick boxing garland!!!

If you are like me and need to be pushed and instructed to hit your goals, then ILoveKickboxing - Garland is the place for you! The staff is amazing and dedicated to helping you stay on top of your goals and hold you accountable for when you say you'll be there. The workouts are tough but so satisfying! I've been so happy to start my journey here, to have a healthier and stronger life!

Best decision I ever made. I watched my niece transform and then my daughter started and I can also see her transformation. I watched for weeks and love how the staff is always there and encouraging you and answering any questions you may have. I have been a member at ILoveKickboxing-Garland for 4 weeks now and I’m HOOKED. You will love the staff and meets lots of new people who are working to reach goals just like you.

I have tried kickboxing with another company before and I decided to not continue the classes because my professors were not interactive. I always felt like I was using the wrong techniques. At Ilovekickboxing Garland, one of the reasons why I get motivated to come to class is because of my instructors. I am already seeing results and I haven't even been 100% committed, I can just imagine once I actually give it 100%.

ILKB is the freakin best! I tried working out at a regular gym but it just wasn't motivating enough. At ILKB everyone is family from the moment you walk in till the moment you leave you feel welcomed and are encouraged to push yourself to get to your goals. ILKB is the best thing that's ever happened to me.

This company is so badass! I am not one to exercise on the reg but this place kicked my behind into gear! Everyone is so friendly and positive that it motivates me to keep coming back! I joined iLoveKickboxing as soon as a location opened in my area and Im loving it! Everyone on staff is knowledgeable and they are always walking around making sure were moving correctly so as not to injure ourselves. The Garland location is always clean and never smells like a gym. This is the best workout Ive done in a while and Im already feeling results after less than a month! I recommend them to everyone I know!

Oh how I love this place! I just finished my eleventh class today, and I cant wait to come back for more. The instructors are incredibly positive without being cheesy, and if you need a modification to the workout, they will help you find your level. They are super supportive on and off the mat, and are willing to help when asked, but not pushy. Since starting in early December, I feel stronger, more focused in all parts of my life, and positive about where Im headed. Thank you to the awesome instructors at ILKB-Garland! Glad to be part of the family! Cant wait for whats in store.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. The place was very nice, clean and fresh. Such a positive, energetic and passionate instructors. Best environment to be in!
