Customers beware! Awful experience. Tried to charge me and my wife $500 in forms that we had to file. H&R Block filed the exact same forms for under $200. Awful customer service after saying we weren't paying $500. Really shady about taking our forms we filled out (with our sensitive information) to their back room instead of shredding them. We asked for them to be shredded while one of the associates basically threw a fit about having to shred them right then and there.
