My wife and I regularly eat at LJS on Broadway in Garland, Texas. We ordered your special cajun fish. You really know how to cook fish the regular way, but cajun fish should only be served in La. Crust was to thick and hard, and very little fish under the crust. Stick with frying fish and leave the cajun food to La.
