The machines damages your car...and everyone denies it at this place..stay away..they take no responsiblity for anything

Yep... the machines at this place damage cars. Stay away.

The Place is a Rip-off!!!! They do a lousy job on your Car. It had Bird "stuff'" on it when it went in and again when it came out. The Dryer Guys actually dried over it.



When I complained, they washed it a second time they got 90% of it off, but there was still a little Bird "stuff'", and the Wheels were still filthy dirty. It was the General Manager that washed it with his Water Wand the 2nd time, and he never even bothered spraying off the the Passenger Side Wheels. When I commented about it to the "Finish Guy", he wanted to know how much I paid, and said that was all they do for "that wash"!!!



The GM said it was Clean, so I told him to take his shirt off and wipe the Wheels if he was so sure it was Clean. He did NOT do that!!!!



I got the Phone Number (972-438-3416) of the Corporate Office and called them and spoke to a very nice lady, Bernie, who seemed apologetic, and said she would have the District Mgr call me.............. I am STILL waiting!!!!!!!!!!



I can do better at the Quarter Car Wash. At least there I know the person (that's me) working on my car actually cares!!!! Save your money, do it yourself!!!!
