Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service, no set billing cycle date, hardly any staff even during normal business hours. Owner laughs in your face when you complain about how ridiculous it is to cancel your membership. I would highly advise going to another business. Just a unfriendly reminder of "you get what you pay for".
