I just called Rob at R&D Auto Sales asking if he would provide a CarFax report, and he told me "you can go buy one, they're fairly inexpensive." He then went on to say "If you're buying a car, you should get a CarFax report."



This car was at the top of my list, but I place a much higher value on customer service. My thinking is if CarFax reports are so inexpensive and if you suggest that I should get one before buying a car, then why don't you provide them for potential customers?



Good to know I can cross this place off my list.
