Provided by YP.comWhen someone comes in and takes over a property, sometimes its good, and sometimes its for the worst. When the property was taken over, it was for the best. Management is important and if u find a property with an owner and manager that care, things are good. At 1st when we moved in, in 2013, things didn't go so well. Moving in was a big hassle and we were promised things and seemed to be put on the back burner quite a few times, which was not good. No one should have to wait for things to get fixed, especially if it means something that could damage their property. And I don't mean like, when something comes up, you expect them to hop, skip and jump to you only. Seems as though we were ignored alot. Then, a new owner took over and things got better quick. The maintenance there attends to your needs asap. Management is friendly and very helpful. Lights were needed on the property, anything to add value to the property.
The only bad thing about the property is the security gates aren't working, the traffic, City of Garland electric bills (they seem high) and the ambulances that go by sometimes a lot, sometimes not, but you must expect this because you are less than 5 minutes away from the hospital. Other than that, the floor plans are great for the price and they're great for a new family or a small one. Not all have bad experiences and that is why I am giving them this review:)

Provided by YP.comThis has to be the worst place I've ever lived. When we were shown the townhomes, we were shown what apparently was a "model" (even though they pretended it was the one we would be renting) and after the paperwork was signed we were put into one that was in horrible condition. The doorknob barely worked, a lot of the lights were broken, the dishwasher didn't work right and either did all the burners on the stove. Later we found the big "patch" spot in the ceiling was apparently mold that was just painted over. We've put in numerous maintenance requests and rarely do they ever get taken care of without constant complaining. It is very unsafe here, the lighting is bad, there are constantly kids out keying cars, several buildings have people doing or selling drugs and last month there was a SHOOTING here. The management is a complete joke, they are barely ever at the office and when they are, they are completely disorganized. We were charged for late charges we were never supposed to get and the lady at the office answered us like she was going to try and cook up some other charges as well (long story). We plan to speak with the city about the issues here and if they don't respond, we are going to talk to the Attorney General because this is insane that they expect people to live here. We can't move out fast enough (and we aren't the only ones). Don't say you were not warned.
