Avoid this facility at all costs. They are totally understaffed, not very clean, poorly furnished, and unhelpful. The double rooms are tiny and if you are not on the side of the room with the window there isn't anywhere to put a TV (that you must provide as well). The bathrooms are very small and smell of urine. They also do not come equiped with handicapped railing which I don't understand at all. The closets are tiny and the closet doors in most rooms are broken and do not open and close properly, if at all. So if your loved one needs to poop and they can't use a toilet without hand rails, they are expected to use a diaper and then just lay there for ever until one of the "few" aids can come clean them up. There isn't a comfortable place to go and visit with your loved ones and the rooms are too small to visit in there comforably. There also is no visitor seating. There isn't anything welcoming or homey about this facility. I could go on and on... I don't know how this place keeps going. It make you rate it, but if I could have bypassed the one star, I would have...
