I am not one to complain. I have eaten here for a little over 5 yrs. here recently I have had issues with the order not being correct. This most recent situation however was it for me. They got the order wrong, so I decided to call back up there to let them know, the lady stated she would resolver the correct order. She repeated my order and my address and said it would be 45 minutes. Well and hour and 10 minutes went by, so I decided to call back. I got some idiot name Sergio on the phone, I asked for the status of my delivery and explained the situation. He began to cut me off calling me a liar stating that I ready got it and hung up in my face. I called back to speak with the manager Tony (idiot #2) and he refused to let me speak to him. So I drove up there to get a refund. The manager would not talk to me stated I wasn't getting my refund and told me to leave. The wouldn't even remake the order. I have never been disrespected by a place that I've recommended to so many co workers and family member. I will never recommend nor will I ever do business with this joke of a company. Sergio And Tony both are the dumbest idiots that should have been fired for the way they talked and treated me.

Love this place! Great food, Reasonable prices, Great Service. Delivery is fast and food is always piping hot.

Best pizza in Richardson/ Garland... Bar None!!!
