While incapacitated my dog was taken there for boarding purposes. The

manager has refused to return her. This has gone on since March. I signed

no consent for her care. It is not a matter of paying the bill. The manager decided

he wanted my dog for his kids. Really an unethical place. NEVER TAKE A

DOG THERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG.

Butchered my miniature schnauzer. I asked the groomer to cut the hair down by half and she totally removed the skirt. The rest of the body cut was uneven all over. She gave him a mono-brow. This was done March 2012 at the Rowlett location. I complained to the owner and he said he would refund my money but that never happened. I said it was understandable if he had just hired the groomer but he said she's been with him for 6 years! I was flabbergasted. If you love your dog don't bring it there.
