I would recommend this inspector to anyone! He was very detailed and quick with the whole process, as well as being honest. He made sure I understood everything thought the whole inspection, while also getting the job done in little time. Will call when needed again! If anyone needs their house inspected, He's the one to go to! He's very considerate and understanding!

Brian is no dummy when it comes to this stuff. He walked my wife and I on the whole process. Superfast in less than 24hrs the house was inspected! Reasonably priced, easy to work with, very professional, and genuine. The thing I liked most about him was how thorough he was and let me know what was a major problem and what was just a minor one....ie the electrical box needed to be replaced! He didn't seem to mind taking that extra time to answer all my questions and showing me hands on what he was talking about. That really made me feel less overwhelmed and more confident in the house.
