Waited over an hour to get into the secondary waiting room for a 9:45am appointment, seriously, how can you be an hour behind so early in the day?
Secondly, the doctor does not take patents in order, he is actually in with a couple who arrived 20 minutes AFTER we did...still waiting to complete our LAST visit here. Totally unacceptable.

Watch your insurance and billing very closely !! They will overlook you and your bill will be in collections or destroying your credit in a heart beat without you ever being in the loop.

Doctor is exactly what you envision a doctor to be, very patient, understanding, he takes the time to explain what is going on with you. You are not treated as a number with him and this office. Staff is also great . Hard to find good service these days here's a jewl.

I found that my experience at Advanced Carolina Foot and Ankle Center exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and caring and Dr. Ukata was extremely compassionate. They were able to work with me even though I had no health insurance. I paid a fair price, much lower than any others quoted me. I felt like i was the most important patient there, even though the waiting room was full. If you are looking for a GREAT foot doctor, call these guys! I would recommend them to anyone!
