This will sound fake. It is not. Installer canceled the day of install because he knew he had just been exposed to Covid. Thankful for that. Service Manager called before the appointment instead of allowing us to be surprised. Thanks for knowing and thanks for the heads up well in advance of the appointment. Service Manager promised to work on organizing someone to replace the installer the same day. Thank you for not overpromising because we honestly did not believe that would happen. An ARMY of BB-Garner service people arrived on the SAME DAY. Now that is outstanding. Including the Service Manager. That is basically unheard of. They did not misstep once, solicited our opinion and approval every step of the install and would not leave until we were comfortable using the installed devices. You simply cannot fail to write a review giving as many stars as the scale will allow under these circumstances. The test isn't how one does when things are going the way they "should", the test is how one responds when things DON'T go the way they are supposed to go. 5 stars because I cannot give more. This is not a fake review.

This Best Buy is set up so that you can easily find whatever you are looking for and the employees are very helpful. Also, the parking lot is easy to get in and out of.

Have not been to many Best Buys but this one stands out to me with their service of friendly employees that are willing and able to help.

Love the location and the customer service of all the employees.
