Matt made a stressful car buying situation very easy, with no pressure. I appreciated the honest opinions about the cars available in my price range. I recommend them and would return myself.

After going to multiple dealers, I was extremely pleased to finally find one who didn't try to BS me! I was able to find a good quality car in my price range and couldn't say enough great things about the customer service experience. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a good car at a good price!!!

Straight pricing without the games. I am not impulsive. I went to Carolina Quality Preowned as part of my research and left with a car. So NOT like me, but I felt that the price was fair and comparable to the best I could possibly do with hours of back and forth negotiation elsewhere. This was so much easier. I knew the car that I wanted and the general price ranges on various dealer lots and the preliminary pre-negotiation prices. They had my car at a great price and I was in and out super fast. Next time, I will do my research and then go straight to them. Alex even gave me their discount on services for the car months later!

Purchased our 4th vehicle from Phil and Alex this weekend !! Great guys all around, even gave us help when vehicles needed repair Alex was willing to finance our daughters vehicle at zero percent when she came up short on funds and traditional banks would not help. Can not say enough good about these guys and how they help people in hard times!

We were very willing to buy a car today, but we didn't end up doing so. This place has a good selection of cars at reasonable prices. However, I gave it three stars because of the customer service and the fact that they don't finance anything for longer than 12 months.



My husband and I lost a car unexpectedly recently, so we were looking for a reliable, affordable vehicle. We don't want to get too much of a monthly payment until I get out of law school, when hopefully we'll be able to get a new, new car. However, while this place gives you 0% financing, they won't do anything over 12 months. Zero percent is great, but not when it means a $200/month car payment for something 8 years old that we're putting over half down on. If we had known that was the case, we wouldn't have bothered driving an hour to get there. We would have rather paid the average dealer interest rate on used cars and been able to spread out the payments a bit. The prices are quite reasonable though if you haven't just given the NC bar and Kaplan bar review a few grand.



My biggest complaint, however, is the customer service. The salesperson honestly didn't seem all that interested in selling us a car. As soon as we arrived, he told us he had to leave in a little over an hour, though we had called ahead to make sure they 'd be open. He tried to tell us that the burning oil we smelled was actually the chemicals from the leather repair. BS, but my husband has worked on Volkswagens a lot, so he wasn't that concerned. Then, as soon as we asked about financing, we magically disappeared to him. He actually starting talking over me while I was sitting in front of his desk to some customers who apparently wanted to pay cash.

carolina NOQUALITY preowned...on oct 15 i purchased a 1999 saab for $5500.00.the carlooked great."ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD". it had at least $3500.00 worth of problems.so far i've spent $1505.51 on a new head gasket an turbo.it still needs another $1989.98 to fix the folowing convertible roof,inner cv boot and multi rib belt.they did a marvelous job of "dummying up"and hiding the cars problems(eg.filling leaky convertible roof tubes so the roof would work temporariy).when i first approached the manager,alex cardinell, he showed all the charm of a "used car salesman".but today when i presented my problems he would not budge and was quite rude and abrupt about it.he wanted to blame it on my mechanic.BEWARE!their first aim is to separate you from your money.....without a regard for the truth.

About a month ago I purchased a vehicle from CQPO and I am more than satisfied with the whole transaction. The owner Alex was straight up about everything and his prices are "no haggle" which suits me fine. He worked with me for weeks which is more than I can say for other dealerships, it was worth the drive from Raleigh to Garner, he even seen me on a Sunday, his day off. Very professional to work with and I would recommend him to family and friends. I will definitely purchase another vehicle in the future from him. TOP NOTCH QUALITY!!!

I drove 2 hours to this place looking for a used vehicle. I didn't really see what I wanted, but Alex, the owner, told me about several other vehicles that I had overlooked. I finally purchased one at a reasonable price, but later had some issues. Alex was very understanding and helpful during the whole situation. He is definitely an honest car dealer - which sometimes is very hard to find. Give this place a chance - I'm glad I did.

Wouldn't go anywhere else.... Being female, I've always hated shopping for cars - new or used - because of that condescending feeling I get from sales people when I walk on to the lot. So it was an incredible suprise to be treated as if I were intelligent and knowledgeable by Alex. He was thoroughly professional, listened to all my needs and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured in any way. I can not imagine a better buying experience and would highly recommend them to others.

Easiest purchase of my life! Met every need, very straight forward and up front..Even provided transporation from the airport for me and my wife. 2 cars later we are looking for a 3rd purchase from them. Add this place to your car buying list !

Wish all dealers operated the way Carolina Quality Preowned does. 100% relaxed, honest, trustworthy establishment. I walked away with a reliable vehicle for a price I could afford and everything is great! The owner even calls to follow up and check on us after the deal is done. Carolina Quality Preowned is bringing back a lost art where the customer is king!

This place is great! It was a pleasure working with Alex because he is not the typical used car salesman. There was no pressure from him..just a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. My daughter is enjoying her car and my husband and I are pleased to have gotten a good deal!
