Just witnessed this gentleman taking a leak at the entrance of my neighborhood. Right out in the middle of the open. He opened his door got out and did his thing. Very nasty. I will never use these guys

I been using this cab service for years this man does not need to be running this cab company they are always late when you call they always say 5 min then 5 min turns into 30 min. This man hangs up in customer faces he is so unprofessional .

The other day my taxi cab service was late! They were supposed too show up at my apartment at 9am on Thursday morning. I've called Lowes Foods just to let them know that I was going to be late.



I've called Steve and had told him that I was about to give up, and had said no don't give up! I was 5 minutes late for work, the cab finally showed up at 9:30am!



I'm not very happy with them most of the time but, had shared this with my Mom and Grandma. I'm going to send them a letter of complaint at some point expressing my concern.

He's terrible. He says he's on the way then never shows up. It's only one guy, and will have other people in the taxi when he picks you up. Terrible & unprofessional.

I called to order a cab, not only did they not show up but the dispatcher forwarded my calls when I called an hour later. Never will use this company again. I should have looked at the reviews.

The sign on the window should say - no eating - no smoking - no surfing on your cell!

Can was 1 hr late and then the driver was rude. Never using this service again.
