I have been there on several occasions and I always leave feeling extremely pleased with the kindness and professionalism with everyone who works at this facility. I would highly recommend Dr. Jorgenson, she is very patient and aware especially if there is any discomfort felt during the procedure. Her as well as her assistant Kelly K. always explain in detail of what will happen during my visit. They both have excellent customer service skills.

Taylor at the front desk was super friendly and professional, really making the visit enjoyable. Definitely will go back to this place!

Please pay attention to your charges and costs. I suggest you always pre-check your co-pays if you have insurance. On several occasions I have had to question charges on my billings with both the Benson and Garner Offices. Only after I questioned charges on our account, did these two offices follow up with insurances companies to fix billing issues.



On all occasions when my wife or me visited theses offices for services, no one, I mean no one would pay attention to us when “we stated” that the copays they wanted up front were incorrect. We felt slighted and made to think we shouldn’t be questioning the co-pays. In short just pay it and move on.



On October 7, 2015, my wife went to get a tooth extracted at the Garner Office.

I reviewed my insurance, before the visit, and knew with absolute certainty for Dental Code D7210, my co-pay was $65. However, the office personnel were insistent that I pay a $93 co-pay. I requested to see the insurance person and the office manager on the issue. During the entire visit, neither the office manager nor the insurance person would discuss the issue or come out to greet me. After an intense period (about 45 minutes) no one listened. When my wife came out they still went after $93 from her although I had advised them over a 45-minute period that my co-pay on Dental Code D7210 was $63. I refused to pay $93 and paid them $65, because I knew with absolute certainty I was right.



We went home and I immediately called my dental insurance and had them contact Riccobene Garner Office while I was on the line with them. My insurance representative told me that my co-pay was $65 and that the office manager had fixed our account.



The bottom line is that Riccobene put a lot of effort into discrediting my attempt to pay the correct amount upfront. The office manager, the dental office insurance person, and other front office personnel put a tremendous amount of effort into a difference of $28. If only they would be courteous enough to listen.



From experience we think this office is unfriendly when they are questioned on charges and costs and will exert a lot of effort to discredit you.



The Dentists, Technicians, and Hygienists are fantastic.

I recently visited Dr. Riccobene's office in Knightdale, NC. The procedure was painless, the staff treated me with the utmost courtesy and showed genuine concern for my well being on both the initial visit and follow up visit. I recommend this office to anyone who has any anxiety about a dental procedure.

Great service from front desk to hygienist to dentist. Made me feel at ease and comfortable which is a tough feat at a dental office! Had routine work done and then back for cosmetic and could not be more happy with the results! I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist or aren't happy with their old dentist. I went to the Garner 40/42 office but I think they have a bunch of others according to their website BrushAndFloss.com...

As a bonus I got to watch sports center in the chair to keep my mind off the procedures! A+ in my book.

If you are like me and a little bit afraid of the dentist, Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is your answer. Not only is the customer service top notch, the results are amazing and PAIN FREE. I chose the sedation route and could not be happier with the procedure and the results. I now have a smile I am proud of. If you have been holding out on getting work done, don't hesitate to give Riccobene Associates a call. You wont regret it.
