I called to make an appointment with this business.



The woman who answered was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her. I attempted to make an appointment, then asked if they were located in the Kroger shopping center. She said they were, so I asked what store they were next to, as I had never noticed them.



She said, "Across from Target." Well, that wasn't helpful as most of the stores in the center are 'across from Target.' I decided to just wait and find it for myself.



I then said (for the appointment), "My name is-"



She hung up on me. How the heck can they have me down for an appointment if they didn't even ask my name?



I decided to go elsewhere. It won't matter if I don't show up since I don't think she took the appointment anyway.

I went there SATURDAY. I got a pedicure. The worse I have ever had. The woman did not even massage my feet. She rubbed them for like 1 min, They where not busy. Now I know why. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Not friendly at all. BAD!! BAD!!
