my first visit last week it was terrible. my appointment was for 3:30 pm and I didnt get seen until 5:20 could not believe it. the worst part was no one even came out to just let us know that there was a problem. No one was even sorry about the fact that we had been there so long. I wished that someone would have just let us know that one of his appointments had just ran a little longer. Next time please think about the patient, just like you want them to be on time you need to extend the same.
