Horrible service, they first priority is to get you to the office as many time as possible for all kind of ridiculous reasons again and again, that they can charge you for doctors visits every time you there. Beside that the minimum time I had to wait (even having an appointment) was at least an hour. A simple yearly physical took 5 doctors visit! Im healthy with absolutely no conditions, so I can just imagine how would that be if I was sick for real. The office manager gives you attititude and talks down to you when she explanes to you that due

to "miscommunications" and "mis-scheduling" you gonna have to come back for the fifth time to be done with a simple check up. They keep the urine cups next to the coffee cups (Im not kidding you) they send you to find a cup for yourself and direct you to leave it in the toilett, no name or any kind of mark on it and after several other people using the same "method" and leaving urine samples in the same place, Im just wondering how they know what belonges to who, or how is that safe or hygenic? I had a urine test came back two years ago being questionable (luckily it was a false alarm) they send me a letter, which I never got, but they never called me or tried to contact mein any other ways regarding my test result. Pretty scary is it not?The office is dirty and the doctor runs in and out the room since she is seeing two patient in the same time in two different rooms, leaving her stamp and prescription book right on the desk, I could write prescriptions for myself if I wanted lol.

Obiously the office is very unorganized and they want your money instead of giving you proper care. Im defenitely not going back there
