I would love to give Dunes U Store a negative 5 but unfortunately I'm not able to. I feel like this facility is a Real Joke and lack professionalism. They advertise their business via many different methods. One being the internet. This is where I found this facility. Their prices are amazing but you will NEVER receive any call backs to confirm the reservation you made for the storage space through the internet. Then once you call back the sight you made your reservation through. You'll be giving their direct number to let them know you're on your way to sign contract for your reserved unit, only to be sent straight to voice mail after you third of fourth call. Which Quote Unquote should let the public know there's a CALLER I'D PRESENT!!!!.... Public don't waste your to me here especially if you're moving in or out of town or from another state. You'll budget in one price and get there ad have to spend twice as much or more trying to find a reputable facility at the last minute.
