this place is beyond incompetent!!! all my husband wanted was to get his grandmother cremated and placed into a specific urn... she died on the 5th and wasn't cremated until the 18th, but we weren't called until the 29th to pick up the ashes... when we got there they hadn't even put her in the urn we wanted, just the free one... then continued to tell us if we wanted the other one it would take up to 2 weeks to get it and would be an additional $100... all of this was discussed when we initially went in and paid for the cremation... but they didn't make notes on what we wanted... on top of all that, they didn't give us the death certificate with the paper work, so now i have to go back to get it... i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy... they shouldn't even be in business!!!
