Worst flea market for vendors ever!! They compete directly with their vendors. This company will actually steal vendor ideals then ask vendor to leave so they can have control over certain products. Management raised rent repeatedly inside and outside, they fine vendors if they do not pay their rent a week in advance at 1:00 PM sharp, and $5.00 per day.

There are bans on products they claim as "non-Christian" such as skulls, Santa Clause, Halloween, Masonic emblems (secrete society), certain video games and much more.



Biggest inside blunder which has resulted in a decrease of 40% of the retail customers. Management took out 30 retailers, for a fun zone? $5 to jump in bouncy castle? Pay video games with no ticket and no prizes.

To control more retail spots which they took over the candy retail they have 2 restaurants, a non alcohol wine spot, 2 spots for watching sermons, a shoe shining booth all of which are non attended.



Outside has lost over half of the vendors due to rent increase and many other bad management attempts to increase profits. They tried reducing the space down to 15 feet wide where no van could fit, they removed port a potties, removed all the garbage cans, increase the fees for food vendor so high only 2 regular food vendors remain.

Increased space fees for vendors selling grocery item or produce, 1 vendor who took 2 spaces a day 3 times a week, left due to the increase. Management cannot understand, trying to make an extra $5 per day from this vendor cost them $40.00 a day.



In the past few years management has decreased retailers and vendors, they cannot comprehend that managements job is to manage the vendors, not to compete with them, that the vendors success should be their highest priority! Without vendors their is no flea market
