if you think you have any civil rights in this store, think again. If you are accused of theft, and are INNOCENT, you have to sign a paper or they threaten to call cops and send you to jail. If you don't pay THEIR extortion fee of $100.00 you will INCURE MORE CHARGES. you have the right to contest it, only if you pay ALL of THEIR court , legal and attorney fees. If you ask them questions or try to reason with the manager or the little security boy,mthey will have you sited for trespass and call the cops on you for causing a disturbance. This is AFTER I paid the fee and was almost to my vehicle. There is no reasoning with them. They are rude, insulting,instigating, and obnoxious. Please check all your civil rights at the door at this place. The undercover security boy thinks he is God, for he admitted he is NEVER WRONG. However, after buying $1000.00 in lumber, why would anyone "steal" a $6.00 item... It was overlooked at the register. Horrible place to shop. Telling everyone I know. Hello to their competitors. Being accused of something you didn't do... Wouldn't you have some questions? Wouldn't you be upset? How many innocent people have been accused? They even resort to name calling. How immature and narrow minded. Job security for the little security boy. Wait till it happens to you!!!

unfortunately my experience was horrible. the staff were not friendly at all. going somewhere else and i am telling everyone i know.
