These guys are laid back; their casual style may not immediately win your confidence. But they will listen to what you say and ask relevant questions. So upon arrival you may feel unsure. But a week or two down the road, you'll know you made a good decision, if they treat you the way they treated me. My old jalopy (2003 Venture 275K miles) is still running great 6 months after they fixed it for 1/3 the price of the other quote I got. Highly recommend!
