After being treated like I had done something wrong and caused something to keep me from charging the item purchased. I ordered a new charger to fit. I received this morning and inserted into port that I was told would be where to charge it and plugged in. Nothing happened. I’m thinking WTH. I looked over the thing not trying to find a circle on top of it where if I wasn’t told to put in a different place for charging is where I would’ve tried charging to start with cause all other things I’ve purchased have the same circle indicating charger port. Now I really must say the manager is off her game if she’s giving wrong information on how to operate when she doesn’t have a clue herself. It’s funny she told me she showed me and my husband by inserting charger at time of purchase. That is impossible because it doesn’t fit where she said to charge and when I returned she tried to insert the same charger into the same hole with no luck adding I had broken pieces due to me forcing it. Final thought, Ignorant people will always act as if they know it all and never make mistakes when in all reality thinking that way only makes them look more stupid cause the fact is they were wrong, in my case twice, for trying to show off knowledge that apparently she don’t have. I would love to speak with the owner.
First time buying from 74 and was pleased with the service I received however once I opened the box at home to charge the item purchased found the charger wouldn’t fit. I did call to ask if I could swing by to see if there was a certain way to insert it. Manager couldn’t insert either and acted like I had broken a piece off in the hole when she was the only person to insert a charger when purchased. After returning home again I peeled back the rubber to see where to charge and found there was nothing blocking it was the charger post was to big to fit. Called to let her know the following day only wanting to get correct charger for an item that cost $100. Manager again acted as if I was at fault saying she inserted the charger and I must have switched them. First of all why would I bother with a $5 charger if I had one that would fit the item. All I wanted was to get a charger that fit so I could use it. She was very rude saying I was being a pain in the ass and hung up on me. I work in sales myself and know how customers can be believe me. This was a simple fix and shouldn’t have been such a problem but all this chic wanted was to blame someone besides herself. First I broke plastic in the hole by forcing the charger I received and when that wasn’t the real problem I was the one that switched the charger out. I had ask prior to being hung up on was there anyway a charger could have mistakenly be picked up and put into the box during purchase with no response just click. I won’t be returning only because she was only wanting to make excuses and blame instead of taking a second to look and see if a simple mistake could have happened I mean she was wrong about me breaking plastic off in the port from forcing a plug that wouldn’t fit. Watch the damn camera back and check yourself I guarantee you will see that the charger that was in the box wasn’t ever inserted to the item I took out of there. She needs to stay out of parking lot chasing cats and pay more attention to her job and what she’s doing.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure to ask questions, the staff doesn't have any mind readers.
