Provided by YP.comDO NOT buy a Temper- Pedic mattress from them. I have been trying to do a simple exchange for weeks now. I have called their customer care and get the run around about the 30day wait period even though I called them 5 days after I received the mattress. I have called Temper-Pedic as well and this is a store policy not a manufacturer policy. So they could have exchanged this at any time. I have asked for the exchange cost and no one up until today has provided that information. We are now 5days from the 30day wait period and still nothing has been put in the system for the exchange. So now I have to call them on the 30th day to remind them once again I want an exchange because they can not do their jobs and make a note for themselves.They are quick to put this back on their customers instead of handling this issue. The amount of $ that I spent on this mattress is crazy to receive this type of customer service. BUY your TEMPER-PEDIC straight from the manufacturer not from this company.

Provided by YP.comThe first time I was a customer I purchased a 7 piece BR suit. It was a very high quality and reasonable priced set. Delivery was on time and very professionally set up............Then there was the second time. I purchased a dining room set. It took them 6 weeks to finally deliver it after pushing the original date out twice. I noticed that all the chair legs and backs were all loose. I called and they set up a date for them to come out and tighten the bolts. I canceled a doctors appointment to be home all day. They never showed up. So I called to find out what happened and they told me they had come out and knocked and no one answered. That's BS because I sat no more than 10 feet away from my door and there is no way I could have not heard them knocking. They lied in order to get home early that day. I wouldn't recommend not going to Ashley's, but prepare yourself for issues with delivery and service department

Provided by YPmobileI ordered a sofa on 4-21-2014 they told me I would receive no LATER than 6-2-2014. They called me 2 days before I expected to have this delivered and told me it would be another month. I was now told it will be possibly 7-29-14 when I receive my sofa. I can understand a back order of maybe one month but not 3. I am so furious with Ashley Furniture. They kept telling me they would give me updates. I was the one who had to keep calling them to get the update. I don't recommend them to anyone. If they cannot supply they furniture they have in their showroom they should not have it on the floor. Poor business people

Provided by YP.comI do not recommend this store to anyone, I bought a loveseat and a couch from them it's a year and 2 months old bought warranty. The recliner on the couch has broke called to get it fixed and they told me my warranty was only good for stains and rips. I said why would I pay so much money for a warranty that doesn't pay for structual. Any way like I said 1 YEAR AND 2 MONTHS OLD it should hold up longer than that for what you pay for it.
