My first time dining at Cantlupe's was very delicious. I have told many people about the restaurant hoping to help out the new business. My food (*slightly larger portions for the cost would be nice), service, waitress and the atmosphere was delightful and somewhat romantic. I felt as though my guest and I were slightly under dressed but at no point did anyone treat us rudely. I am happy that we have this restaurant in the area due to the fact it is located near my work and it's Italian. I unfortunately have not been able to dine there since. However today I wanted to order carry out like the man before me commented. The restaurant seems to be closed on Mondays and closed for lunch...terrible. I am assuming this is due to the economy. I was looking forward to lunch from there but I guess someone else closeby will have my business. Besides the fact of being closed during those times and days I would think that all businesses would have take out. That's business whether you dine in or out is your choice. It could have something to do with the type of food they serve and the chance that you may not eat it in the proper amount of time causing illness. They could possibly be sued for and it wouldn't be their fault.
