Bait-and-switch! Agressive sales staff! Unethical sales tactics!

In one word: AVOID!

and FYI. Carpet is one thing; however, hardwoods and laminates should NOT be installed "next day" as Empire is so fond of doing. Wood products need to acclimate to the environment in which they are being installed. This can take up to 10 days in extreem conditions but should certainly be no less than 2-3 days in the most optimal.

They are HORRIBLE!!!!!! They come through and damage the walls and the other flooring in the house. They are rude and pretend they do not speak english. They rush the job which causes major problems with the quality of work and quality of the product. We actually just had to settle with them for the damages they did and they had to re-do the entire job of carpet and laminate!!! The product quality is extremely poor and has already torn twice on us. there warranties do not cover what they explain to you. they force you to make a split second decision in order to save "hundreds" on next day installation. IF you choose to wait a week or two, every discount they offer during their presentation goes away and you pay full price.
